说明

  • 启动 Flex-Enabled 产品时出现如下错误：
  • FLEXnet licensing error: -4, license number of users already reached

原因

  • 当可用的许可证均已被使用时，将出现错误
  • 可用的许可证被借用

解决方案

  • 将处于非活动状态的用户的应用程序关闭，以释放许可证
  • 等待借出的许可证归还至服务器
  • 执行命令 ptcflush，将许可证从客户端取回至服务器：
    • 命令语法：ptcflush [特征] [许可证服务器] [端口] [句柄]
    • 示例：ptcflush PROE_1234 ptchost 7788 213
    • ptcflush 的所有所需参数均可通过命令 ptcstatus 获取
  • 注：如果以上操作都未生效，停止并重新启动 PTC Flexnet License Server 服务
